ANNXMEE 1-Year Jewelry Warranty
At ANNXMEE, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped, and we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects.
If your ANNXMEE jewelry develops a covered issue during the warranty period, we’ll work with you to find the best solution — including a free repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
What’s Covered
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including:
- Defective clasps, chains, or settings
- Stones becoming loose or falling out due to a manufacturing defect
- Breakage caused by a manufacturing or material defect
- Other defects that were present when the jewelry was manufactured
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or signs of everyday use
- Accidental damage, impacts, or excessive force
- Improper use, storage, or care
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, or other harsh substances
- Loss or theft of the jewelry
- Repairs, modifications, or alterations made by another jeweler or third party
For plated jewelry, normal fading or changes in the finish caused by everyday wear are considered normal wear and are not covered by the warranty.
How It Works
If your jewelry has a covered manufacturing defect, ANNXMEE may provide one of the following solutions:
- Free repair
- Replacement with the same or a similar item
- ANNXMEE store credit
The solution provided will depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of the item.
Warranty claims are reviewed within 7 business days after we receive all required information.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for the next steps.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide:
- Your ANNXMEE order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Any additional information our team may need to evaluate the claim
Please do not send your jewelry back before receiving instructions from our team.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 1-year warranty period.

Our warranty may have a 1-year coverage period, but our support doesn’t stop there.
